موثوق هو موقع متخصص يعمل على تنظيم ادراة اصحاب العقارات او مدراء العقار ، بطريقة الكترونية على شبكات الانترنت و الهواتف الذكية عن طريق ربط مالك العقار او مدراء العقار بمستاجرى الوحدات بشبكة داخلية ، ومن خلاله يتم إدارة العقار وتأجير الوحدات وتحصيل الإيجارات وتلقي الملاحظات ، والتعاقد مع شركات خدمات المرافق المتخصصة ، وكل ذلك من خلال منظومة الكترونية يطلع عليها المالك والمستأجر وبطريقة سهلة وميسرة.
Mawthouq is an application seeking to ease the process for Landlords and Property Managers. It helps such users to collect rent from Tenants, be able to promote residential and commercial units to General Users, and check the status of every property in an easy and secure manner. In addition, it enables Tenants to request services to their doorsteps, be it a Carwash, Laundry, or Handyman. Mawthouq’s mission statement is we believe in a world of convenience.
